I ate too much. Notes show you what this is, as if you didn't know.
Since this day is used as a reminder to be grateful for the things you have and to contemplate the path that you've traveled, I woke up and planned and meditated. It felt good.
On the more contemplative side.
31 more days and I will have finished my first 365. Yeah, I missed a few days and that defeats the purpose for most, but I stopped sending this in to the group.
I have only been doing it for me. To map out a year in my life. To show myself how much can change, how much you can accomplish, how some good things last longer than you think, and the bad things don't last as long.
